One of the dishes I'm most proud of. Smoked a rack of ox ribs on my #webersmokeymountain for 5 hours over applewood and hickory. I served it on a bed of cheesy mashed potatoes and topped it with a red wine bbq sauce and topped it off with fresh peas 🔥📷😍😎 because I love #surfandturf I had to do it up with seared scallops served on a hand mashed carrot puree.
