In an amazing place remembering an amazing person. Diem was always a role model for me, even before I was diagnosed with cancer. Once I was diagnosed I knew I was going to fight cancer the same way she did; with strength and power. Diem paved the way for my own journey with cancer. She is the bravest women I know, and her legacy will continue to live on and on.  #DiemStrong 💙
