#AlumniSpotlight: Raymond Harbert, MBA '22

"During my MBA program, I had the opportunity to take a variety of courses that helped me develop my leadership skills, including courses in strategic management, finance, leadership development, and marketing.

I had the opportunity to participate in the Graduate Business Student Association (sjsugbsa), experimenting with being a VP on a board, creating the logo, and working on opportunities, including a Career Center Overview project in which I worked with the SJSU Career Center (sjsu_careercenter) to help fellow members understand the resources available to us at SJSU. 

Since graduating from the MBA program, I have applied the knowledge and skills I gained to my current role as an Inclusive Sourcer at Indeed (indeedworks). I have noticed a significant increase in my confidence and ability to handle complex business situations, and the MBA program contributed to this growth. The program has provided me with the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary to achieve my professional goals and contribute to the success of many organizations."
