Sweet, spicy, salty, and tangy all in one glorious bite! This Mexican style corn on the cob (elote) is sold by street vendors all over El Paso and Juarez, so it makes me think of home. Usually Mexican street corn is smeared with mayonnaise, but I actually prefer the mild flavor of crema Mexicana or sour cream.
