Have you ever tasted or made Tuna Patties? They are delish!!! I had to call with my mama and ask her how my grandma used to make them. I made them very similar, but with bumblebeefoods white albacore tuna. Albacore tuna has a firm texture – it tastes fresh, delicious, and has a milder flavor than the solid or chunk light fish varieties.
