🇲🇽🥚This nostalgic comforting breakfast or brunch is a simple mixture of sautéed onions, jalapeños, and tomatoes scrambled with farm fresh nelliesfreerange eggs. These were the basic Mexican style scrambled eggs I grew up eating made with kitchen staples and basic Mexican ingredients.
