My mom visited me earlier this summer and while she was in town we filmed her making her famous Chiles Rellenos. This is the short video, but on my blog and YouTube channel you can find the full length video where she shares lots of great tips. As you will notice my mom uses Anaheim chiles and queso Oaxaca, but feel free to use the chiles and cheese of your choice.
