Either I’m in the kitchen cooking or I’m on my computer writing, so today was a nice getaway from my regular weekday routine. I took a drive to Denver to my favorite Latin market to meet up with a local food editor, and then I stopped at a little farmstand to pick up Hatch and Pueblo green chile.
