Did you grow up eating rhubarb?? I didn’t! Can you believe this was the very first time I cooked with rhubarb? I love rhubarb and was inspired to make a crostata after eating a rhubarb crostata in a fancy schmancy restaurant in LA. I added strawberries 🍓🍓 after seeing the idea by sonyamichellesanford! Oh Lordy this crostata is so good! This super rustic dessert with hand folded edges is foolproof. It’s simple; it’s sexy, and absolutely delicious -- especially served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
