February is American Heart ♥️ Month and I wanted to share a recipe using U.S.-grown long grain rice 🍚 U.S.-grown rice is rich in vitamins and minerals and one of the most-heart-healthy foods you can enjoy. Arroz Mexicano (Mexican Rice) is one of the first recipes my mother learned to cook when she was a little girl. It is a staple in most Mexican kitchens, and has such a wonderful aroma while cooking. Arroz Mexicano has become a family favorite and something I’ve loved passing along to my own children. As my grandma used to say, it’s Muuuy Bueno!
