Mezcal is tequila’s older, smokier cousin. We just came back from mezcal tasting -- We learned all about agave plants and I love the look of this shark tooth agave called Tepeztate. This agave is harvested in the wild and can take up to 30 years to reach maturity. #eatdrinkcookmexico
