## Caption

My mom has made 4 batches of biscochos (over 200 cookies per batch). The best part about these cookies is they freeze great so they will be ready for the holidays. I wish my mom lived with me -- We can make some serious kitchen magic. The recipe can be found on muybuenocookbook.com and in the published "Muy Bueno" cookbook. #biscochos
