The Harris  Brand presents Tip Tuesday:

Here are a couple of study tips that are scientifically proven to be beneficial to students. With so many of your notes being online now, it is still beneficial and proven that if you physically write something down (pen to paper) you will remember and learn it better. It is beneficial for you to write out your study notes days prior to a test for you to review them. 
.
The human brain can take in so much before it starts to get distracted. Use the 25/5 rule of thumb...set a timer and study for 25 minutes uninterrupted and no distractions...phones aside! and then take a 5 minute break (this is when you can check your phone). Then repeat the process 2 to 3 times a day, a few days before your test. The information will sink in, your brain will process the content and you will be better prepared for the test.
