Last weekend, New York music mainstay burntsugararkestra made its Carnegie Hall debut in a fusion of long-form composition, unstoppable grooves, and mighty improvisation as part of our #AfrofuturismFestival. The concert was also a culmination of a one-of-a-kind workshop for six rising musicians; Lauren Hayes, Miss Olithea, Julian Terrell Otis, Jose F. Solares, and Oliver Tuttle.
