Last week, tenor Paul Appleby sang a recital in #ZankelHall with pianist Ken Noda featuring songs by F. Lachner, #Schumann, #Wolf, #Berlioz, Villa-Lobos, Sharp, and #Tchaikovsky.  Also on the program was the world premiere of Matthew Aucoin's "Merrill Songs" with the composer on the piano, co-commissioned as part of #CarnegieHall's #125CommissionsProject.  #CH125
