We actively denounce white supremacy, racism, and inequality.  We believe in human rights, kindness, and, above all, doing the right thing even when nobody is watching.  Recognizing this is an important journey for all of us, we commit to the following:

1. Pausing our normal business operations this Friday to recognize Juneteenth as a day of kindness and solidarity 
2. Reaffirming our commitment to build bridges among people through the KIND Movement, the KIND Foundation, EmpaticoOrg and other KIND signature initiatives.
3. Investing $100,000 in organizations that focus on addressing systemic racism like naacp_ldf, eji_org, & uncf from The KIND Foundation
4. The creation of a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Action Team led by our #KINDTeam Members
5. Taking part in Community Conversations with our team members.
6. Implementing an ongoing plan that will include annual team-wide unconscious bias training, professional development, senior leader mentoring, and expanding our recruitment network to affirmatively include Black team members.
7. Vocally condemning racial prejudice against Black people and all forms of racism or discrimination against any human being.
