The #Artemis missions are a global effort, and there is no better example than the Deep Space Network (DSN).
 
The DSN is a global array of giant radio antennas that help spacecraft communicate with scientists back on Earth. The antennas are in Australia, California, and Spain, spaced around our globe roughly 120º apart – ensuring constant communication with spacecraft. As the Earth spins, one of the locations will track the spacecraft to the horizon, where the following location will take control of communication. This process allows scientists and engineers to continuously monitor our spacecraft, such as the Orion spacecraft during our upcoming Artemis I mission.
