TB12 is for 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.
“I was an athlete in high school and worked out on a regular basis for years. When I got married, my focus became my family and I gradually started putting on weight. I finally decided to make a change when my husband and I planned to renew our vows for our 25th anniversary. At that point, 𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘐 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘫𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦.”

“At first it was just about fitting into my wedding dress again, but over time, I realized it was so much more.
