Meet Jack. No stranger to TB12, Jack originally came in for a session over four years ago through the recommendation of his Dad, a longtime TB12 client. As an elite high school football and baseball player, Jack has found success thanks to the meticulous attention from our Body Coaches. “My Body Coaches are so helpful with my specific sports because they research so much about what I need to work on and then apply it to what we do in my sessions.”

“To me, sustaining peak performance means achieving your greatest goals and then being able to stay consistent at them. I am a pitcher in baseball and a quarterback in football, so throwing is a huge part of what I do. Thanks to TB12, I have not had a sore arm since coming here.”
