Meet Carter. “My mother got me a gift card to go to TB12 for Christmas. She knows that I want to play college football and hopefully play in the NFL. She watches me take a lot of hits, so she thought that learning about pliability and injury prevention would be key in my success.”

“I tore my quad during my freshman year during game two of the season, that should have ended my season. If I didn’t have TB12, I would not have made it back for game four! TB12 has allowed me to stay on the field and perform without any restrictions. I am able to take hits on the field and not be sore the next day because my body is more pliable.”

“During times of injury, the support I was given helped me to remain focused on my dreams. They helped pick me up when I was feeling down. They aren’t just Body Coaches to me, they are my family.”
