Meet Cheryl. She’s a superhero. Seriously.
As our head Office Manager, Cheryl has been inspiring and uplifting visitors (and employees!) at the TB12™ Sports Therapy Center since day one.

Cheryl has always strived to follow a holistic, healthy lifestyle. For over 15 years, she ran her own personal training business specializing in lifestyle change, body transformation, and fitness competition prep (she competes, herself!).
•
Today, she brings her love of helping others achieve a healthy, active lifestyle to the TB12 Sports Therapy Center.
In March, Cheryl faced a 50 percent torn bicep at her distal tendon that could have prevented her from re-entering the world of competitive bodybuilding that year. With the help of TB12 and her Body Coach (Hi Matt!), she was able to make a full recovery with enough time to train for her competition.

This past weekend, Cheryl returned to the stage (like a boss), where she placed in the top three of all of her categories! In her own words, “I am very competitive by nature, but competing on stage is only a small part of my motivation. It’s my children and family that motivate and inspire me to continue to live a healthy lifestyle.”
