Meet Kristin and her children: Jamie and Madison. Kristin has been visiting the TB12 Sports Therapy Center since 2014 after unknowingly being exposed to toxins for many years, leading to physical and neurological stress. Kristin credits TB12 for her recovery, saying “I thought I would never get off my medications or be able to work out or hold a complete conversation again, but through a combination of deep-force muscle work, positive affirmations, and the overall support system, TB12 saved my life. In a short time, I started using my oxygen less, eliminated all my pain medication, gained strength, got my muscle mass back, and saw dramatic cognitive improvement. Once I added acupuncture I started noticing differences in how long I could work out without resting. It’s been a long journey, but I wouldn’t be where I am today without the staff at TB12. They’re an amazing team of professionals who truly care about each client’s well-being.”
After experiencing her mental and physical improvements, Kristin brought her son Jamie to TB12 to prepare for his rigorous hockey season, and her daughter Madison to help address her chronic knee pain.
