At NASA's Kennedy Space Center this week, NASA and our nation took a step toward the future by honoring our past. The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex (kennedyspacecenter) Shuttle Atlantis Exhibit is the home to a new memorial created to honor the crews of space shuttle missions 51-L and STS-107. 
Next time you find yourself at space coast, (Cape Canaveral, Florida) please pay a visit to honor all American astronauts--past, present, and future. And while you're there, learn about the refurbishments at Kennedy that are modernizing the launch facility into a  multi-user spaceport capable of sending humans on future missions to Mars. Space Launch System and the Orion Crewed Spacecraft are fired up. Share with a friend if you are too!
