The Louisiana Law Enforcement Officers Memorial (LLEOM) held their 22nd annual candlelight vigil and memorial service at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home and Cemeteries during National Police Week. 

The memorial and vigil honored six Louisiana law enforcement officers who died while on duty:
 
• Sergeant Nicholas W. Tullier of East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office, 5/5/2022

• Police Officer Trey S. Copeland of Cotton Valley Police Department, 8/31/2021

• Officer William E. Collins Jr. of Doyline Police Department, 7/9/2021

• Special U.S. Deputy Marshal Michael J. Riley of the U.S. Marshals Service, 9/25/2020

• Sergeant Walter L. Soileau Jr. of Cameron Parish Sheriff's Office, 8/19/2020

• Deputy Sheriff Louis H. Estay of St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office, 11/29/1953

Family members, supporters and Louisiana law enforcement officers lit candles during the vigil.
