Fight Week Reflection - this time two weeks ago we were gearing up for a big week of media and responsibilities surrounding #ufc262

The obligations were a plenty, the impending weight cut and fight night were looming but living in the moment was an absolute joy.

I was confident in our preparation, our chances of victory and completely at peace with the uncertainty that was imminent.

Now this downtime between fight camps will bring about reflections, recalibrations and most importantly, a refocusing of the soul.
