It wasn’t until I took extreme ownership of my body and how it functions that I really started turning the corner in my performance.

I lived in pain for years and started to accept that I would just have to live with a tight back for the rest of my life.

Discovering pso_rite changed all of that and their new line of tools just keep getting better and better and more functional.
