I got back on the mats with the MIZZOU wrestling team. It was an experience to say the least.

I sometimes forget the grind of the college wrestling room and love to go back and be around those guys. it takes me back to my roots.

Our practice consisted of a 10 minute dynamic warm up, 10 minute bottom drilling, 10 minute offense and 10 minute defense on our feet drilling, then we went live. We did 12 x 2 minute live goes of which we had to wrestle in 10 of them.

This was my last 2 minute go with top 5 ranked brock_mauller149 ...dude is tricky.
