Here is a behind the scenes look into my locker room a few minutes before I step into the cage.

You hear the intermittent and unpredictable roar of the crowd that reminds you of the back and forth and swings of momentum in the contest you’re about to compete in.

You’re reminded of how unpredictable of a profession you chose.

But something inside of you relishes in the uncertainty...you almost enjoy that you’re about to be thrown into the unknown. -
You’re taking inventory of your body and how it feels from head to toe.

You’re talking to yourself and reminding yourself why you do what you do.

You stamp out and push away any and all negative thoughts that try to creep in.

It’s time to shine.

The win or the loss isn’t up to you...you let the expectations go...you only ask that you can outperform your previous self.

Fight to your full potential.

Fight like you have trained.

Fight like you know you can.

Then your name gets called...
