Parents I pride you in making this a really fun environment. I’ve seen way too many parents lose it on their kids, just based on personal performance.
.
The only time you will see me laying in my kids is because of two reasons  1. Bad Attitude 2. Piss poor effort 
.
We don’t want to teach our kids that we get angry at them because they strike out, miss a shot, foul someone, or have a tough day in sport. 
.
It’s our job to help guide their little mindsets into believing in themselves, and if we’re teaching them that they get punished based on winning or losing, or striking out or hitting, we’re teaching them the wrong way to value the game. Those are the things that will end up biting you in the long run.
.
Teach your kids that no matter the results… The work needs to be put in… And you will be there every step of the way supporting them! 
.
I say this to Maddie, every single time she goes to practice, what are the two things you can control… She goes attitude and effort.
