Some things that have been on my mind post Olympics.

The grind isn’t glamorous, but at times if you don’t win an Olympic Medal it’s as if your journey doesn’t seem as impressive. 
.
The sleepless nights, the training sessions, the tears shed, the doubt… all of it matters… it’s just a bit sweeter if you win a medal. 
.
Less then 1% of the world 🌍 gets too compete in an Olympics.
