You don’t get the same moment twice in life ✨ 

Since I left for training camp I’ve fully dived into the mentality of being where your feet are. Take in the good, the bad & know your going to be ok. 

On a day where my body hurts, the struggle was real for me at practice, I found peace in getting sh*t done and coming home to chill in the pool in my own dam feelings ✌🏼
