For anyone to truly understand the stuff that goes through my head en route to this 2021 Olympics is crazy...

I’m a nut job. I eat...sleep & breathe this shit to my CORE.

It’s to the point in workouts I amp up the speed or intensity while visualizing a moment in my head in the Olympic Games where my ass will remember the grind... and this last year has felt more solo of a grind then most because as a squad we can’t always be together!!

When you love & respect ✊ something so much, you have to be willing to move mountains to reach your goal, tears shed, anger erupts BUT it’s all for the greater good of the team!

I’m walking proof that age / kids is just a number to compete at the highest stage, but RESPECTING it comes with great responsibility!
