✨Mommas ✨ having kids isn’t an automatic put yourself on the back-burner for life type deal. 
•
I’ve learned over the course of this almost 4 year journey of being back on the field that my HAPPINESS matters. 
•
I’ve dealt with mom guilt, I’ve dealt with mom shame, I’ve dealt with others negative opinions on my life choices & what I say to that is “ stay in your own lane”. I’ve learned that filling my bucket should be my number one priority because it ultimately makes me an even better mom. 
•
The amount of DMs I receive of ladies who’ve given up on themselves after they have had kids makes me sad. If I can offer any advice it would be to always follow what truly makes you happy, kind of like putting your oxygen mask on first before helping others. If YOU ARE NOT TAKEN CARE OF, the resentment one day will be so DEEP. 
•
I challenge you to look 2021 in the eye and be a better version of yourself. I challenge you to put yourself in a situation to succeed, I challenge you to write down some goals for the year, and start working towards them, I challenge you to stop putting your kids above every single one of your own personal needs or desires for this one life you have.
