On my social media platform, I’ve always loved to be honest. But I think it’s more important to tap into more body image stuff. Things other ladies may STRUGGLE with, but shouldn’t BECAUSE we are ALL beautiful, strong, unique, and quirky in our own wonderful ways!!
But I think it’s important your not alone with your thoughts, and know we all have different body types. 🤍

I’m proud to say I feel extremely fit for my age and after two kids. Stretch makes or potential extra skin around certain areas will NEVER change my confidence as a woman. God dam I’m so PROUD of ME. 🤍

I’m a hell of a mom. I work my ass off, and I work hard for my body. But at the end of the day, it’s MY BODY. I must be proud of it. I must work it out, I must feed it good fuel, I must take care of it. 🤍 🤍
