Rotisserie Guinea Pig 🐖 Cuy is a Peruvian delicacy! After seeing besteverfoodreviewshow do an episode on this months back, I ordered 3 of them.

I had been sitting on them for like 6 months until tfti.bbq and philip_lemoine wanted to get together! No better day to break it out 🙏🏾 It was crazy delicious! Like a beautiful mix of pork, chicken and rabbit! I can’t recommend it enough! The skin was out of this world!
