We started the athleticlabacademy to share information, allow coaches to ‘level up’ and become the standard in the industry. We believe that if you have knowledge that will benefit others, there’s no better option than to share it.

The mentors you learn from along your journey as a coach, or even just a human being are not there just so you can selfishly hoard your knowledge. Rather they are there to instill in you the value of passing that knowledge on to others who will continue to pass it on to even more people. This creates an an ever expanding influence.

This deep appreciation for the value of mentorship is where the CHPC L1 course truly began.

We are grateful for the mentors we have learned from and privileged to be able to pass those lessons on to future leaders in sports performance and fitness.

The CHPC L1 course is for coaches that want to strengthen their knowledge of the fundamental sport science AND learn how to apply it. At our core we believe science-based theories are useless if they aren’t be field-proven.
