I’m seeing lots of videos online of people continuing to train at home with bodyweight movements like push-ups, lunges, sit-ups, etc.  It’s great that people are getting after it, even without a gym!⠀

However, the backside of the body is largely neglected in the most common no-equipment exercises. My friend Justin strengthempiregym made a post the other day warning of the high potential for developing imbalances and poor posture with all of these anterior-dominant exercises.⠀

In the next several posts, I’m going to show how you can keep training your upper back, hamstrings, and spinal erectors until the gym re-opens.
