Big power cleans from the Athletic Lab Track Club today with multiple lifetime bests from the group lead by a 145kg from greg.henning and 140kg lifts from deca_dev and solo_simmons (no video😫). ⠀

The club is up to 12 post collegiate athletes in a range of events. Half the athletes had a test day where they tested their power clean max as an assessment of the last cycle’s progress and to use for % based loading for the next cycle’s training. DM for training inquiries. ⠀
