The Athletic Lab Track Club Decathletes battled each other at practice today. The decathlon is one of the most challenging events in sport. The 10-discipline track & field event is an all-around year of athleticism involving running fast, throwing far, and jumping high and far. The Athletic Lab Track Club boasts a long history of success developing athletes in this grueling test of athleticism including multiple national champions, national team members, and even a masters American record holder and masters world champion.
