A glimpse into some agility drills with our University Soccer Prep Program.

Coach greg.gustin provides some insight into the drills: "In the first two clips, the girls both run into the box. As the leader makes a decision to go left or right, the other has to react, then try to turn around and beat her to the corner. In the last 2 clips they again run into the box, but instead of reacting and racing, the defender is now trying to cut off the offender and force them to make a move around them. Both drills are great for allowing improvisation and creativity in movement strategies."
