Athletic Lab member Barry Myers recently brought home a gold medal from the Masters Weightlifting National Championships in Salt Lake City, Utah. .

Barry totaled 158kg total (75kg snatch, 83kg clean & jerk) in the 67kg / 60-64 year age division. .

Barry has won multiple National and Pan American Championships as well as the Masters Weightlifting World Championships.
