## Caption

At certain points of the year, our #weightlifting team competes in mock meets at our Saturday training sessions. In this competition all team members, regardless of gender and weight class, compete against themselves and each other in a competition won by the person with the highest percentage of their all time 1 day total in the #snatch and #cleanandjerk. Lifters get a maximum of 2 misses for each lift on the day.
