It's #doubletrouble for our #lacrosse athletes tonight with some RDLs on the go_exxentric #kBox. The #kBox is so nice we got it twice. Rhyming aside, we love the kBox because it allows us to overload the eccentric phase of a movement which is very very important for athletes and very difficult to do with more traditional mass based loading methods. #sporttech #strengthandconditioning #strength
