By utilizing the 0-1-3 set up with the fusionsportinc smart speed system, we are able to form configurations that involve the athlete responding to stimulus, a green light in this case telling them to sprint, followed by three different options for change of direction. There are several benefits including acceleration, change of direction, and decision making.
