## Caption

We have 2 great programs for kids to get fit, have fun and gain physical literacy. Our #labrats program takes place weekly and is focused on delivering motor education and #fitness to kids in a fun and engaging manner. The class takes place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5pm and class prices are a fraction of the cost of a boring babysitter. Our new #YouthFit summer program is a week long fitness program for kids who want a fun workout but don't fit in either our Scholastic Sports Performance classes or our Performance Fitness classes.
