#sportstech meets #play! We're loving the #smartspeedpro gates from fusionsportinc. While they're the timing gate of choice of pros around the world, they can also be used in training and even games like you see here. Each child was assigned a color and when they found that color flash on one of the smart gates they must trigger the gate for another gate to randomly flash. They had 30 seconds to trigger as many gates as they could while avoiding each other in the process. We combined #fitness, agility, reaction, cognitive processing all in one "game" that the kids loved. #iLoveAL #athleticlab #labrats #fitkids
