For the first week of every month, all of the athletes in our Scholastic Sports Performance classes have their progress assessed in a variety of tests of #speed, #power, #strength, #agility and #endurance. This month, under the guidance of our Director of Scholastic Training, brianguilppc, our athletes had 55 personal bests!!!!
