Next week is our Scholastic Sport Performance test week. We test our athletes the first week of every month to monitor progress, increase accountability, audit our training practices, and assess athlete readiness. We have a 16 test battery that provides us with advanced metrics on speed, agility, maximum strength, strength endurance, aerobic capacity, power and eccentric force generating ability. We incorporate testing technologies from industry leading companies like fusionsport03, go_exxentric, and trainwithpush to get reliable and accurate data.
