🔟1️⃣ FOREVER ALONE: NZH 101 - Hazy IPA | 7.5% ABV - We are honored to have been selected as one of a limited number of breweries to participate in the exclusive Bract Brewing Program by nzhopsltd, with a focus of testing out new hop varietals currently in development. We're excited to help shape the future of hop production and discover new, exciting flavors that have the potential to reach a larger audience. SO! Our team will be trialing 3-5 varieties each year, and our current focus is the NZH101 hop, which promises to be a real standout! Early sensory tests have revealed delectable notes of berry, melon, and orange, with a subtle resinous undertone that adds complexity and depth.
