SATURDAY, APRIL 29TH 

In late 2021, our good friends at horusagedales visited and collaborated with us on two brews: Global Hawk, a beautiful Schwarzbier and a BIG ol' Imperial Stout, which we rested in a variety of barrels. Over a year later, we reunited to try the beers and were absolutely blown away — they were incredibly nuanced, yet complex — we knew we needed to do something special. So, we made FOUR badass stouts and we cannot wait to share them with you.

RECKLESS RESTRAINT - Cognac Barrel-Aged Stout | 14% ABV - Imperial Stout aged in 20 year old XO Cognac barrels for 16 months. Unadulterated, unadjuncted, and wonderful to to compare to the bourbon as it presents notes of luscious dark fig, sweet cherry, decadent caramel and oak.
$22/500ml bottle.

RECKLESS DISCRETION - Single Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout | 14% ABV - Imperial Stout aged in a single Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrel (barrel 85) for 16 months. Unblended, unadulterated, unadjuncted, it is luscious and smooth with notes of sweet vanilla, rich caramel, milk chocolate, marshmallow, light oak, and bourbon.
$22/500ml bottle.

WILD EXCESS - Cognac Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout | 14% ABV - Imperial Stout aged in 20 year old XO Cognac barrels for 16 months, then conditioned on 5 pounds per barrel of Ugandan Vanilla Beans. Truly a confectionery delight with notes of fluffy marshmallow and vanilla that are accented by flavors of creamy caramel and fig imparted from the cognac barrel.

WILD INDULGENCE - Cognac Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout | 14% ABV - Imperial Stout aged in 20 year old XO Cognac barrels for 16 months and conditioned on 60 pounds per barrel of Toasted Coconut. Complex, decadent, overflowing with rich coconut, and out of this world delicious.
